- All of our furnished apartments within any given category are at the same level of quality. The explanation is simple: we’ve taken the time to adapt each apartment to your needs and desires.

- All of our furnished apartments are in the same area. No matter what MyCityFlat apartment you may be staying in, you will be in the absolute center of Paris, a 5 to 10 minute walk to famous monuments, stylish neighborhoods and boutiques, and the gay district the Marais (check out a tourist map paris or a paris map details).

- All of our furnished apartments are at the same level of comfort and are just as well-equipped as those offered by our competitors.  Our rental agreements are based on the French 6th of July 89 law.  This is the reason why apartments’ size is given as an indication but cannot be considered as granted.
