On the next level you will find a bedroom with double bed and a very attractive bathroom with bathtub/shower. There is also a spacious separate kitchen on this level with everything necessary to prepare meals and entertain, including an oven/range, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. There is ample space in the apartment for two individuals. However, the fold-out sofa/bed in the living area and the general configuration of the apartment would permit up to 4 guests while still preserving an element of intimacy.
This recently renovated apartment is located on a private tree-lined courtyard of a historic Paris apartments building in the St Germain des Pres neighbourhood (which typifies the left bank of Paris). It is situated on the very desirable rue Jacob which is known for its small antique and furnishings boutiques.
